## What Changed

**Source site:** A functional but dated Bootstrap diner site with carousel-based hero, heavy SVG icons, and legacy navigation linking to external menu/gallery/contact pages.

**Redesign:** A bespoke warm-hospitality brand page built from the internal design family. All critical content (menu items, story, gallery, location) is rebuilt in-page — no links back to the original site.

- **Typography:** DM Serif Display (headings) + DM Sans (body) — soft serif with warm humanist sans support

- **Layout:** Story-led hero with layered photography, cozy content widths, rhythm built around atmosphere and trust

- **Menu:** All 10 items preserved with rewritten descriptions. Organized by meal period.
- **CTA copy:** "Explore Our Menu" and "Find Us" replace old "View Breakfast Menu" linking to legacy menu page.
- **No fabricated proof:** No testimonials, reviews, ratings, or awards invented.
